Eligibility for Exchange
- Products must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order products
- Used or damaged items after delivery
- Clearance or promotional items
Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
